Key Account Manager – Professional Luminaire

About Aluwave & the Role


Aluwave is a fast-growing engineering and manufacturing partner specializing in LED modules, electronics and advanced production for some of the lighting industry’s most demanding brands.
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our position within the professional luminaire segment. In this role, you will drive long-term customer relationships, expand business with leading OEMs and translate complex needs into high-value solutions, from concept to production.


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within lighting, electronics or component-driven industries
  • Strong ability to build and grow key accounts over time
  • A consultative, analytical approach to customer needs and opportunities
  • Confidence working close to engineering, product and operations
  • Solid commercial understanding and ability to manage complex projects
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, proactive way of working
