To safeguard these values, we encourage anyone who observes suspected misconduct to report it. Aluwave follows the whistleblower policy of our parent company, Tången Industrikapital AB, which ensures that all reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive.
Reports can be made anonymously and are received through Tången’s external whistleblowing service, Whistlelink. The system is managed by an independent third party to ensure full confidentiality and protection for the reporter.
